WELCOME: The Association of Health Facility Survey Agencies (AHFSA) web site was developed to provide information about our organization, share information about the programs we are responsible for, and offer links to other web sites where interested persons can learn about licensing, certifying, and inspecting health care providers.  AHFSA is a not-for-profit organization that provides a forum for health care regulatory agency directors and managers to address common interests, concerns, and health care program issues.  The state licensing and certification agencies in all 50 States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico are members of this association.  I invite you to click (here) or on the "About AHFSA" button above for more information about our organization.  Thank you, Veronda Durden, President
