Welcome to the Association of Health Facility Survey Agencies. AHFSA is a not-for-profit organization that provides a forum for regulatory agency directors and managers to address common interests, concerns, and health care program issues related to certification and licensure of health care facilities. The State Survey Agencies in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico are members of our organization.
The AHFSA web site has been developed to provide information about our organization, to allow us to share information about the programs we manage, and to offer links to other web sites where interested persons can learn about licensing, certifying, and inspecting health care providers. AHFSA State Agency Voting Membership - Reserved for the 2 designated AHFSA state agency voting members. This membership level renews every year on January 1st.
AHFSA Non-Voting Membership - This membership level is designated to state agency employees who are non-voting members of AHFSA.
