We're looking forward to welcoming you to San Antonio later this month!

To help ensure a successful conference, please upload your final presentation slides using the link above by August 14. Meeting this extended deadline allows us to work with our audiovisual team to preload and test your presentation so everything is ready before your session.

Many AHFSA members also appreciate having access to presentation materials after the conference. Because of copyright regulations, AHFSA must obtain each presenter's permission before sharing presentation slides with members. As part of your registration here, you'll be asked to grant or decline permission for AHFSA to distribute your slides after the conference. Please click the button on the left side of the screen to complete this required form.
