The AHFSA Quarterly Meeting will take place March 2 - March 4, and is free to members on a first-come basis. While in-person space is limited to 30, a virtual option will be available for portions of the meeting.

AHFSA has reserved a block of rooms at the Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio at the government rate of $161+ per night, but they will be released on February 2. Please make your hotel reservations before February 2 here.  

When making your travel arrangements, please plan to arrive the evening of March 1, as the meeting will begin early in the morning on March 2. It will end on March 4 at Noon.
