The AHFSA Quarterly Meeting will take place March 2 - March 4, and is free to members on a first-come basis. While in-person space is limited to 30, a virtual option will be available for portions of the meeting. .

An agenda will be shared with attendees once it's available.

When making your travel arrangements, please plan to arrive the evening of March 1, as the meeting will begin early in the morning on March 2. It will end March 4 at Noon.

AHFSA has not reserved a block of hotel rooms, but the Texas agency has provided a list of the following hotels nearby. Hotel reservations and travel arrangements are your responsibility.
