AHFSA's 51st Annual Conference experience will be different than years past. We’ve shaken things up to allow you to curate and personalize your learning and community building. You will be invited to engage, collaborate and problem solve for topics impacting us in our ongoing and post COVID world. From bite-size spotlights, 1:1 and peer connections to interactive facilitated sessions and experimental topical debates, we are excited to push the boundaries for your 2021 conference journey.
All sessions will be based around the conference’s key themes of Honoring the Past, Resilience in the Present, Shaping the Future.
The annual conference is open to our Survey State Agency members and their personnel. We also welcome private sector attendees, ACHA, CMS Contractors and anyone who supports the AHFSA mission.
The theme of this year’s annual conference will be in honor of, a celebration/appreciation of our workforce. To support this theme, our educational agenda will include topics with a strong focus on mental health and wellness, recruitment and retention, and other educational topics that will help the workforce navigate the ongoing/post COVID world.

The reception begins at 6:00 PM CST on Sunday with dinner, drinks, and a vendor fair showcasing our healthcare supporters who support AHFSA and our mission! Dr. Christine Kiesinger
In addition to her long history in academia and the corporate realm, Dr. Christine E. Kiesinger has been teaching yoga, meditation, and integrative well-being classes for over three decades. Christine has taught in studios, retreat settings, university, and corporate contexts nationwide. Her unique approach to what it means to be well extends far beyond physical health and expands to include cognitive, emotional, relational, and professional well-being. Christine is known for her down-to-earth, engaging, interactive, and insight-driven teachings and most leave her sessions feeling both energized and grounded
